Pledging Requirements
- Attend at least 80% of all Beta Alpha Psi sponsored activities
- Perform two hours of community service per semester
- Serve as an accounting tutor for two hours per semester
- Pay a one-time non-refundable pledge fee of $85 (end of semester banquet included)
Induction Requirements for Undergraduate Students:
- Fulfill the pledging requirements
- Be enrolled as a full-time accounting major at WVU
- Complete at least 6 credit hours of upper level accounting courses at WVU (i.e., courses numbered 300 and above)
- Have a GPA of 3.0 or above in upper level accounting courses
- Have an accounting GPA of 3.0 or above
- Have an overall GPA of 3.0 or above
- Pay a one-time non-refundable $45 initiation fee
- Attend the initiation banquet
Induction Requirements for Graduate Students:
- Fulfill the pledging requirements
- Be enrolled as a full-time Master of Professional Accountancy student at WVU
- Have completed 9 credit hours of graduate level accounting courses at WVU (i.e., those number 500 and above)
- Have an accounting GPA of 3.33 or above
- Have an overall GPA of 3.33 or above
- Pay a one-time non-refundable $45 initiation fee
